Accountabilities
As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a dynamic role in our company, with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. You will be involved in establishing our talent management function and will lead and coordinate talent attraction, development, and retention processes and initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Talent Attraction: Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Manage recruitment materials and ads, build a candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Talent Development: Initiate and coordinate the performance appraisal and personal development cycles, ensuring their effective completion with active participation from managers and employees. Generate detailed analyses and reports to support decision-making and uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Talent Retention: Initiate and coordinate talent management and engagement initiatives, both current and future, to foster our company’s culture.
