HAACO’s Real Estate division focuses on facilities management and developing land banks and assets across the Kingdom owned by the company.
Some of the facilities actively managed by the division:
Golden Palm Mall in Jeddah: The Golden Palm Mall in Jeddah consists of 3 floors plus basement, building area approximately 33,000 sqm located in Jeddah Al Balad Center adjacent to HAACO office building tower.
Khamis Mushayt City Compound : The compound consists of 211 residential units (71 villas and 140 port cabins), we are responsible for all renovation, retrofit and refurbishment for residential units, equipment, appliances and infrastructure systems, O & M is the responsibility of the client Armed Forces Hospital Southern Region (AFHSR) who rent the compound with yearly renewable contract, compound area approximately 96,500 sqm located in Khamis Mushayt south road near armed forces hospital.
HAACO HQ Building Tower at Jeddah: The tower consists of 17 floors, approximately 14,500 sqm, located in Jeddah, Al Balad center near STC and Saudi Post Headquarter.
