Accountabilities

As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a dynamic role in our company, with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. You will be involved in establishing our talent management function and will lead and coordinate talent attraction, development, and retention processes and initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Talent Attraction: Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Manage recruitment materials and ads, build a candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Talent Development: Initiate and coordinate the performance appraisal and personal development cycles, ensuring their effective completion with active participation from managers and employees. Generate detailed analyses and reports to support decision-making and uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Talent Retention: Initiate and coordinate talent management and engagement initiatives, both current and future, to foster our company’s culture.
Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-4 years of related experience.
  • Can build strong relationships.
  • Is a problem-solver with a willingness to develop creative solutions.
  • Is self-motivated and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field, with relevant knowledge of labor laws and HRSD regulations.
  • Is willing to work on exciting initiatives like localization projects, development and co-op programs, and more!
